14-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Melita purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The product is returned within 14 days of the invoice date.

You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Contact Your Melita Community Seller: Initiate the return by contacting the Melita Community Seller from whom you purchased the product. They will guide you through the return process.

Submit a Return Request: Fill out a return request form provided by your Melita Community Seller. Include your order details, the product you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Return the Product: Pack the product securely and send it back to us using the address provided by your Melita Community Seller. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered items.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 days of the returned product being delivered to us, and you will be notified via email.
